Yes. Signing up doesn’t ask for a card and the Free plan costs $0 a month. It covers 2 heartbeat monitors, 2 credentials and 1 domain with email alerts, which is enough to put your most important scheduled job, API key and domain under watch.

A heartbeat monitor watches a cron job, queue worker or scheduled task: the job pings its own URL each time it runs, and you are alerted when the pings stop. A business flow is a multi-step process, such as payment → order → fulfillment, where each step reports an event and has a maximum gap before the next one is due. A credential is an API key, token or certificate you want expiry reminders for, and a domain is a hostname whose registration and SSL certificate are checked for you.

Nothing you already monitor is switched off. You can’t add another item of that type until you upgrade or remove one. On plans with notify groups, SensaCat also sends a notice when you pass 80% of a limit, so it doesn’t come as a surprise. SMS messages and voice minutes are included per billing period: once they’re used up, SMS and phone call alerts pause until the next period while email and chat alerts carry on.

Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are made from the billing settings in your dashboard, and moving between paid plans is prorated for the rest of the billing period. If you move to a plan with lower limits, everything you already monitor keeps running; you just can’t add more above the new limit. Free and Starter are for one person, so before moving to Starter, remove the other team members.

Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your paid plan until then. After that the account returns to the Free plan, which is for one person: other team members keep their accounts but can’t use yours until you upgrade again.

Monthly, in US dollars. Checkout, card details and invoices are handled by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, so SensaCat never sees your card number. Invoices and your payment method are available from the billing portal in your dashboard.

Enterprise is priced per contract rather than from a public price list, because its limits are sized to your organization. It removes the caps on heartbeat monitors, business flows, credentials, domains and team seats and adds single sign-on, custom roles and alert history with no time limit. It also includes 1,000 SMS messages and 200 voice minutes a month.
